Always on top in the water from an early age
Safe in the water: Thanks to the “Spaceswim” swimming school, even very young children learn to apply individual steps of self-rescue in a playful way – a decisive contribution to their safety and especially important: This is the only way you can prevent young children under the age of five from putting themselves in danger of drowning in the water.
Parent Baby Swim I
In this course, the children (6-18 months old) learn to be consciously in the water. This includes breathing and the first independent movements in and under water as well as exercises for self-rescue, getting to know swimming forms and materials. In the process, your child’s motor and cognitive skills are trained in a targeted manner, thus ensuring greater safety in and around the water. The advanced course should be booked if you and your child have already attended a first parent-baby course. This does not necessarily have to have been attended with us.
The children stay in the water together with their parents. The parents also learn how to support the children with various holds. Parents who have already completed a first parent-baby course (regardless of whether this was held at our swimming school) are recommended to book course 2. For those without experience, we recommend course 1.
The children need swim nappies, the parents swimwear. This course consists of 5 sessions of 30 minutes each.
Parent Baby Swim II
In this course, the children (18-36 months old) learn to be consciously in the water. This includes breathing and the first independent movements in and under water as well as exercises for self-rescue, getting to know swimming forms and materials. Water Safety Course I
You’ve only had experience splashing around in the bathtub so far and would now like to take the next step and let off steam in the pool and gain your first swimming experience? Then this course is just right for you. We will introduce you to the element of water and show you in a playful way, appropriate to your age, how to move around in the water with swimming aids and utensils.
For children from 2.5 – 3 years.
Water Safety Course II
You already have experience with water? Perhaps you’ve been in the pool several times or have already attended a water familiarisation course? Then this is the right course for you. In this course we will show you how to move around in the water with and without swimming aids and equipment. In a playful way and taking into account your individual requirements, we will teach you the techniques and rules you need for your seahorse test.
For children aged 4 and over who have already gained experience in the water and can tolerate getting their head and face wet.
