AQUA ZUMBA^® is perfect for those looking for an energetic low-impact workout in the water to start or add to their fitness programme.

Water training is easy on the joints and stimulates the lymphatic system. The water creates a natural resistance. Aqua Zumba^® combines the Zumba^® philosophy with water resistance. Zumba^® is for everyone and anyone! Every class is designed to bring people together to exercise and have fun. This pool party is not to be missed. The course is suitable for non-swimmers.

Aquarobics involves gymnastic exercises in shallow or deep water to feel good, improve and maintain health. The course is suitable for non-swimmers.
