Finswimming
Finswimming is offered in the swimmers’ pool every Friday in the holidays from 6 pm.
During the holidays, swimmers can use fins in the water from 6 pm every Friday. Finswimming is currently the fastest way to move through water using your own muscles – you can even reach significantly higher speeds than the quickest freestyle sprinters. The classic style is striking and unique, as the body moves in waves like a dolphin. The fins make you glide through the water.
