Experience a varied sports camp with swimming training, aqua fitness, diving, diving training and action-packed games in the water – for more fitness, fun and exercise!

Target group: Children from 6 to 12 years

Prerequisite: Seahorse swimming badge

Daily from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm

Where?
Kleinfeldchen indoor pool, birthday room

This is what awaits you in the 3.5 hours per day:

• Swimming training: Every day we start with a 45-minute swimming session to improve your technique and strengthen your swimming skills
• Aquafitness: Experience a fitness programme in the water that is fun and keeps you fit at the same time
• Diving and diving training: Learn how to dive and jump correctly from the edge of the pool and experience diving in the water
• Games in the water and on land: Exciting games await you at the end – in the water and on land

Procedure:
After swimming training, there is a short break on land where you can recover. Then it’s on to a session of diving and jumping. At the end of the day, fun and games in the water are on the programme. Between all sessions, the children are supervised by our experienced team.

Catering:
Water, apple spritzer, fruit and muesli are available to the children during the camp so that healthy refreshment is always provided.

Organisation:
The birthday room in the Kleinfeldchen indoor pool is reserved for the camp for the whole week. The children can safely store their belongings here and have a cosy place to retreat to at any time.

What you should bring with you:

• Towel
• Bathrobe (optional)
• Short sportswear
• Bathing shoes
• Trainers
• Snack
• Good mood!

Costs: 225 Euro
Number of participants: Maximum 12 children
Supervisors: 2-3 depending on the activity
